Constitutive General Assembly of the Regional Consultative Framework of Breeders ‘and Agropastors’ Organizations within ROPPA
The General Assembly constituting the “breeding framework” was held on June 16, 2014, on the sidelines of the 6th ordinary convention of ROPPA, in the conference room of Sahel Hôtel de Niamey. The meeting was attended by breeders’ organizations from Benin, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Niger, Mali, Senegal and Togo.
